Property Beyond have advised Lion on a range of property projects since 2006, including major lease negotiations in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. With the closing down and sale of the 160-year-old West End Brewery Adelaide, our role was to coordinate the master plan necessary for a change of zoning and to facilitate the eventual disposal of a site that had been part of the community since 1859.

For their Head-office Lion opted to stay at the existing location of 5 floors at 68 York Street, Sydney. The project was to refurbish 5 floors while the environment stayed occupied and functional.
