Mark Daniel
Managing Director
Mark is a chartered surveyor (RICS) and registered Valuer (NSW) with more than 20 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry. Mark focuses on advising large Australian organisations on both the development and implementation of real estate strategies, feasibilities, transactions and property management systems.

Mark is a founding Director of Property Beyond. Previously he worked within a number of multi-national corporations with responsibility for transactions and portfolio management across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. Prior to Property Beyond, Mark was responsible for the management of NCR’s Asia Pacific Real Estate portfolio (including Japan and Australasia) based in Sydney.
Rodney Timm
Special Advisor
Rodney has been involved in the real estate and construction industries for over 30 years. He has had extensive experience in portfolio, property and facilities management, agency, valuation and development, and he has provided advice to fund managers, government agencies and the corporate real estate sector. His sector specific property knowledge includes commercial offices, business parks, retail and shopping malls, affordable housing, student and key-worker accommodation, retirement villages, assisted living, life-style projects, education facilities and community complexes.

Rodney’s key focus areas include portfolio strategy and planning, functional reviews to improve processes and cost saving, asset life-cycle analysis and whole-of-life costs as well as the implementation of outsourcing arrangements. Rodney is also involved in leading executive development programs in various Corporate Real Estate disciplines and is the property columnist for the Facilities Management magazine. Before setting up Property Beyond, Rodney led the Andersen and Ernst Young Real Estate Advisory group in Sydney after immigrating to Australia in 1994.
Edwina Collins
Edwina has 10 years experience in the Corporate Real Estate industry and has had extensive experience in the strategic planning of portfolios, procuring leased and owned property, undertaking feasibility studies and preparing business cases for large corporations and government agencies relating to commercial, retail and industrial assets.

Before joining Property Beyond, Edwina held multi-regional corporate real estate advisory roles across the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Australia. She has a proven track record in cross-sector and integrated delivery throughout the real estate lifecycle; including transaction management, tenant representation, global portfolio advisory, strategic advisory, workplace consulting and valuations.

Key corporates Edwina has advised are the Department of Finance within the Australian Federal Government (WOAG), Zurich Insurance Group, JPMorgan Chase and Novartis.
Craig  Middleton
Craig is a British trained valuer and Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in a diverse range of real estate portfolio sectors including; office, residential, retail, leisure, student accommodation, industrial logistics and change of use opportunities.

Craig has held a senior equity position within a UK international property advisory agency, and dealt with an extensive range of clientele, including major corporates, national property development companies, globally recognised educational bodies, property companies and financial institutions.

Prior to joining Property Beyond, Craig was an Equity Partner in Cluttons LLP.
Melissa  Annis
Associate Director
Melissa has over 20 years’ combined experience within the corporate and retail industry and brings a solid background in property, accounting, and legal services to her role.

Melissa manages property portfolios for large corporates and provides advisory services for small business owners in a diverse range of industries. She is a highly approachable professional and is committed to delivering outcomes that meet the needs of her clients and other related stakeholders.

Melissa continues to facilitate training on how to manage lease portfolios, critical lease dates and lease agreement obligations.
Jordan Machin
Project Director
Jordan has in excess of 10 years of experience in design management, project delivery and construction. Having worked on both sides of the construction equation, Jordan brings a unique combination of contract and construction knowledge with efficient client management focus.

Having a broad and diverse background of project experience, Jordan brings both the disciple of large projects, with the flexible and nimble approach of smaller jobs to all projects. Focusing primarily on project delivery, Jordan is responsible for ensuring projects across the group are effectively delivered.
